COVID-19 Guidelines

1. At the present time, we are no longer using a Hot State List. If you have traveled outside of Kentucky in the past 14 days, please follow the guidelines letter put out by the trustees on 12/18/20. If you don't have a copy of these guidelines ask Ken Petty for a copy.

2. Have you had contact with anyone who has confirmed COVID-19 in the past 14 days?

3. Have you had any of these symptoms in the last 14 days?

• Fever greater than 100
• Difficulty Breathing
• Cough

4. Are you currently experiencing fever over 99.6 degrees, difficulty breathing or coughing?

** These Guidelines may change as needed.
