Kevin Doucette
Before moving to Kentucky, Kevin served at Grace Bible Church in New Jersey as the pastoral intern over outreach/missions. Kevin and his family moved from NJ to Louisville in 2020 where he began his graduate studies and joined the pastoral staff at WBBC. In 2025 Kevin graduated from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (SBTS) with a Masters in Divinity (M.Div).
Kevin and Megan have been married since 2014 and have been graciously blessed with three daughters, Aria, Hannah, and Alyssa. They enjoy family day trips to different historical sites and to explore God's beautiful creations. When he has a break from his studies, Kevin enjoys playing guitar and reading biographies of heroes of the faith. He also loves to study and teach God's Word, share the gospel with others, and equip God's people to spread the good news of Jesus Christ.

Brent Witten

Brent has served as the Associate Pastor leading in the areas of music and worship, as well as, pastoral care and administration since 2007. Two-time graduate of Campbellsville University with a B. A. and M. A. in music. Master of Divinity (M.Div) from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (SBTS). Brent has served several churches throughout central Kentucky as pianist, organist, and music minister.
Brent is a native Ketuckian who grew up in the nearby town of Lawrenceburg. He became a Christian at the age of 11 during a Vacation Bible School event. At age 10, he began playing the piano in church. He enjoys playing the piano and leading choir. He is a lifelong University of Kentucky Wildcats fan. He is married to his amazing wife Linda, and they have five wonderful grandchildren and one adorable beagle.
Johnathan Reilly

Johnathan grew up in a military family traveling around the world until moving to western NY where he met his wife Stephenie while in college. After graduating college he joined the US Army in 2011 and after one tour felt a calling to be equipped for vocational ministry. In 2017 the Reilly family moved to Louisville, KY and became members at WBBC. Johnathan graduated in May 2022 from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Biblical Counseling. In June of 2022 Johnathan was called to serve on staff overseeing kid’s and discipleship ministries in the church.
Johnathan and Stephenie have been married since 2008, have six kids and love to open their home as a catalyst for doing ministry and displaying Christ-like hospitality.

Krystal Pound

Krystal is a Louisville native and joined West Broadway Baptist Church in her youth. She studied Biology at the University of Louisville. She “retired” from her professional career to become a full-time, homeschooling, stay-at-home mom. She joined the staff at West Broadway as the Children’s Ministry Director in June of 2026.
Krystal has been married to her husband Josh since 2004, and they have four wonderfully weird kids. Krystal and her family love going camping and attending sporting events. She spends her free time crafting, reading, listening to music, and cooking.
